Club Notes – Week Beginning 25/01/16

• The committee and players would like to thanks Mark Holland for all his hard work and dedication with the ladies team for the last season, unfortunately due to Mark’s personal circumstances he has had to step down as ladies manager. Downpatrick FC are now looking for a new manager, if your interested in the job please contact Tony McShane on 07716853990.
• Downpatrick firsts are in Clarence Cup action this Saturday, they play Donard Football Club in the second round at the Billy Neil Playing Fields, Dundonald, and this game kicks off at 30pm. If any business is interested in sponsoring a match please contact Tony McShane 07716 583990.
• This next match for the seconds is home to Carryduff Colts, this match kicks off at 00pm.
• The under 15’s play league leaders Portadown at Barbour Playing Fields at 11.30am on Saturday, the under 14’s have no fixture due to Lisburn Youth playing in the shield final.

• After nearly two months without a match the under 13’s will be hoping the weather is kind this Sunday morning when they play Celtic Bhoys in Dunleath, kick off is at 30am.
• The 9-a-side development squad return to action this Saturday, they play Portaferry at 30am and Coney Island at 9.55am in Dunleath.
• Training on a Monday night for our mini soccer will start on Monday 4^th January from 00pm – 7.00pmin the Red High, this training is aimed for 4 year olds to 10 year olds. All old and new players are welcome, if you would like more information please contact Paul Moore on 07549 661772. (Please ensure your child is dressed for the weather, it can get very cold).
