With over 10 years HR, business and commercial experience in private, public, and not for profit sectors Emma understands the challenges faced by businesses and organisations when it comes to managing its employees and utilising its human capital, whilst aiming to successfully deliver key business objectives.
Emma’s unique offering is specialising in Change Management, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement and Culture whilst working strategically with Senior Executives, management and individuals on initiatives ranging from HR Strategy alignment, Structure, Roles and Responsibilities, Learning and Development, Performance Management, HR Policies and Practices, Employee Relations and Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace.
